Christmas is just around the corner and your local pub in Farnham is getting the beers in again - in to the cellar that is, we're not getting a round in.  Keeping with the Christmas spirit, we've got an 'Itchen M'Baubles' in from Itchen Valley as well as a great one from Three Castles - Beerista, which has been going down very well!

Don't forget that we've got Christmas Carols this Thursday (22nd December) and we're open all day on Christmas Eve with live music playing from 7.30pm so come on down and have a Merry old time!

The Alfred are now taking bookings for Christmas Day, so if you don't fancy tackling a Turkey this year, we'd love to see you in our Pub in Upper Hale for a roast dinner to celebrate! We have created a special three course menu which includes a traditional Turkey Christmas dinner and other Winter warmers, such as homemade soup and a caramelised balsamic onion and Stilton tartlet to start. Our main courses include but aren't limited to, pan fried duck breasts and steak too if you fancy an alternative to a traditional roast.
