We have live music from Friday to Sunday and food served as specified below! Oh, we have a Beer Festival running throughout the ten day period too - happy days! See you at the bar! We're on yet another countdown to the most wonderful time of year! Christmas you say? Nope, it's our Easter Weekend Beer Festival! Starting from the 29th March to the 2nd April, we will have over 20 Pale, Light, Medium and Dark Ales and Dry and Fruity Ciders on tap for you to work your way through!
In true Alfred style, we'll also have live music to get the weekend started and food will be served throughout to soak up some of that alcohol! There's no need to book - unless you're planning to eat with us and we'll set you up a nice table in either the bar or the restaurant. As always, it will be free entry and the opening times over the Easter Weekend are; Thursday: 17:30 - 23:30 Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 - 23:30 Monday: 12:00 - 22:00 We'll be blogging more information about which ales and ciders will be featuring, so check back soon! It's always sad to see Christmas finish up for another year and with Spring a good stretch away, there's not much to look forward to, is there? Of course there is! Aside from lots of events coming up, like Valentine's Day (don't forget chaps!) and the Stumps playing tomorrow evening followed by a Jam Night, we have a huge variety of Real Ales for you to try this month. From breweries such as; Tollgate, Three Castles, Hammerpot, FFF, Adnams and Ascot Ales (among many others) featuring Pale's, Dark's, Brown's and Blonde's and Ruby's, there are literally tonnes to choose from.
